  • Do crew members cost a seat?

    No. Freelance crew and clients receive scoped access at no additional cost.

  • Can I bring my existing client list?

    Yes. Import clients, projects and historical financials during onboarding.

  • Who can see financial information?

    Only roles you grant it to. Money access is enforced at the database, not by hiding buttons.

  • Where do sensitive crew documents live?

    In private, authenticated storage with time-limited access and an audit trail — never on a public URL.

  • Is the assistant just a chatbot?

    No. It reads your live studio — shoots, clients, crew, gear, travel and the money you're allowed to see — and it is trained during onboarding on how you personally work.

  • Can it act without me?

    It prepares, warns and drafts. It never contacts a client, moves money or changes a booking on its own.

  • Can I move between plans?

    Yes, either direction, at any time. Your data never changes — only what the system can do with it.
